Archbishop Schnurr has appointed Father Benedict O’Cinnsealaigh as pastor of our Lady of Victory Parish, Delhi, effective July 2.

Father Benedict is very honored and happy to be appointed as pastor of such a vibrant parish and is looking forward to his ministry at Our Lady of Victory.
