December 7: First Vespers for the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception

Location: Mount St. Mary's Seminary & School of Theology, The Chapel of St. Gregory the Great

Join us on Wednesday, December 7 at 7:30 pm in the Chapel of St. Gregory the Great for First Vespers for the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, with music by members of the Athenaeum Chorale and Mount St. Mary’s Latin Schola.

This event will include the chanting of the psalms and canticles of Evening Prayer for the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, the Patroness of the Seminary. The concert will feature meditations by the saints on the Blessed Mother, as well as classic choral pieces in honor of her and the Advent season.

The event is free and open to the public.
