Associate Director Lay Pastoral Ministry Program

The Athenaeum of Ohio, the center for ministerial formation for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, is seeking a Cincinnati based Associate Director for its Lay Pastoral Ministry Program (LPMP).

The Associate Director will report to the Director of the LPMP and work collaboratively with the LPMP staff as well as the Athenaeum faculty and staff. This full-time position requires candidates to be a practicing Catholic, to publicly support and live in accordance with Roman Catholic teaching, and to be able to be in compliance with the Archdiocesan Child Protection decree. The successful candidate will have significant experience (3-5 years minimum) in pastoral ministry, adult education and/or spiritual formation, proven administrative abilities and excellent written and oral communications skills. This job requires flexibility, good listening skills and the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, goals and ministerial approaches.

A Master's degree, preferably in Pastoral Ministry, is required.
