MTSM Faculty Member Receives Catholic Press Award
07.10.20Dr. Kenneth Craycraft, the James J. Gardner Family Chair of Moral Theology at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary & School of Theology (MTSM), received Second Place for the “2019 Regular Column General Commentary” award for his column, A Closer Look. Read his latest column, “Religious Freedom is Rooted in Duty, not Rights”.
Dr. Craycraft’s was among four Catholic Press Awards the Catholic Telegraph won for its work in 2019. He received his Ph.D. in Moral Theology from Boston College and holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
MTSM is the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s graduate-level Catholic Seminary and School of Theology with nearly 300 full and part-time students. Founded in 1829, our 75-acre campus provides educational opportunities for preparation for ordination to the priesthood and permanent diaconate as part of Mount St. Mary’s Seminary.
