Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry
The MAPM is offered at the main campus and provides the core theological courses found in the M.A. Theology degree along with courses in pastoral studies. Students participate in formation components designed for personal, ministerial and spiritual growth integrating theology and practice. The MAPM requires a 4-year undergraduate degree for admission.
The degree includes 33 hours of graduate credit, mentoring, supervised Field Education, Theological Reflection and a Capstone Project. Students may complete the MAPM in three years by taking six credits each semester. It fulfills the prerequisites for men applying to the permanent diaconate.
