Profile 

Mr. Jeff Royer serves as registrar and director of assessment for Mount St. Mary’s Seminary & School of Theology (MTSM). Prior to joining MTSM in 2022, Mr. Royer was a secondary education teacher, department chair and program director. He received both his Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University. He holds senior professional educator and administrator licenses for the State of Ohio and has obtained Master Teacher designation by the Ohio Department of Education. 

Mr. Royer’s professional expertise includes organizational effectiveness and accreditation compliance.
